Grace - What did I do to deserve this?

Grace: This is one of those special words that belongs to the child of God. God has given us some words that the world just doesn't know how to properly appreciate. For instance, there are words like glory, amen, hallelujah, faith, etc. The dictionary defines grace as, "unmerited help given to people by God or unmerited favour." However, grace is much more than that!

Listen to this definition given by someone which is much closer to the truth of the meaning:-

"The merciful kindness by which God, exerting his holy influence upon souls, turns them to Christ, keeps, strengthens, increases them in Christian faith, knowledge, affection, and kindles them to the exercise of the Christian virtues."

That my friends, is grace!

It would be inappropriate to try and look at what Grace is without first looking at where Grace comes from. It’s not Amazing Grace because of a dictionary definition, rather the source of grace is the true revelation of Grace.

God never designed Grace to be His best kept secret!!!
